During my university days, I first gained admission to study micro-biology in Abu zaria..
I couldn't cope. I was made to study too many un-imperative courses.

I pulled out in 200th level..

The next year I found myself in Harvard university.

This young man has done us proud. Just the way I did nigeria proud in my Harvard days.. Mine was 3.99.

Keep it up man.

All the important contributions to take him any close to this achievement have nothing to do with Ibo to be candid. He was educated in Lagos and Oyo State and then moved to the US with the family. That is far more important and instrumental in his success. We churn out academic successes in the Yoruba West of Nigeria, no matter where you come from. Congratulations to him regardless for his consistent effort.

This just shows that the Nigerian student can thrive excellently given conducive learning environments and infrastructures not all this poverty ridden 'If it was in OAU, this would not happen' way of thinking

And I tot this guy just finished his degree so why the scholarship for degree in medicine at is it yale abi havard when we've been made to believe that John Hopkins is d best medical school.

Our academic system differ from that of US. I remember in school then, a prof. friend telling me his daughter will be going for a degree that looks like masters in Nigeria but in US is just like a first degree. I was surprise till he explain that the jobs in the US is divided according to degree.

They have Blue and white collar jobs while we only have a white collar job.
