Please i for the past few months i have been receiving text messages from 5033 that "my subscription to ratendate service has been automatically renewed" which i never subscribed to. Everyday they keep deducting my money for no reason. Please if you have a similar problem please help me find a way to unsubscribe from this plan. Nb: i have called and been to mtn customer care office and no solution. Please help. Actually it my friend that has d probs. And i told him Nairalanders no dey dull for answers thanks |
