it's simple na

For .jar -> If u r writing Java App(with NetBeans), as long you write your simple Hello, World! program, a .jar file will be produced for u.
For .apk -> Simply Download Eclipse or Android Studio. Download all the necessary plugins, Create a project, Run the project and Wuala, you have successfully created a .apk App.
For .exe Use C/C++ simply create an Hello, World App and run it.

U have successfully created an App for yourself. Good for you.
