The last time i traveled to abuja, i was so impressed on the project that was done. The itakpe-lokoja standard guage line looked like a dream to me because whenever at mgt meeting, i get to hear Director of M/E&S/T emphasize on d track. The NRC needs to b revived in all ramification.
