1. Business Development Officer

Job Responsibilities:

Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
Develop business proposals for new and existing customers.
Develop creative strategies to retain the clients including interviewing them to take their feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan.
Develop in-depth knowledge about business development practices, marketing activities, prospective clients and industry trends.

Qualification and Experience

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
3-5 years of experience in thesame field.
Professional qualification would be an added advantage

2. Personal Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;
Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.
Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments
Attending meetings

Qualification and Experience

Minimum of a Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
Smart and Energetic
Ability to communicate effectively both Oral/Written
1-2 years of experience in thesame field.



2. Field Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Ensures quality control, audit of processes and field reporting.
Extensively working on handling agent activation, training and onboarding in the field.

Qualification and Experience

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
3-5 years of working experience in thesame field.
