Have you noticed that some ladies look prettier on trousers than when they wear skirts and gowns, while some appear prettier with skirts and gowns.

What could be the reason for this discrepancies??

It's not the cloths that is not made to fit
But
Does the wearer has the grace,poise, structure and body to make the cloth looks fitting on her

And it also depend on the style and How fashionable the persons is

Also what u the onlookers term pretty
