Yes, I know the real meaning of Brain drain.
But it beats my imagination that the most intelligent professionals from other fields especially the fresh bloods.

That is by no means brain drain, it is just job availability. Did they tell u that if such people receive another job offer that suits their profession they will look back at the bank?

They are depriving the nation of new breed proffesionals in various fields who by the time they realize find it difficult or impossible to fit back into their trained carrer due to new developments and age lag for entry levels.
And They are making d banking and finance graduates a useless bunch, since anyone can take their jobs

I don't blame them though, blame the country's situation
