Today, i'm going to teach you how to prepare jollof shit. And the following will be needed for the recipe: onions,salt,groundnut oil,pepper,seasoning cubes,tin and fresh tomatoes,meat or fish and water. Step1 put the pot on fire and add oil, when the oil have heated enough, add a little salt and pour in your choped onions. Allow it to steam for few seconds, then put your meat/fish. Fry for 1minute, then add your tomatoes, and allow the water in the tomato to dry. Then add your seasoning cubes,pepper,salt,and curry to tast. Allow it to steam for about 3minutes then pour in your shit, mix everything together. If it's too tick then add water or urine. Cover and allow it to boil for about 3minutes.
