Elder statesman, Chief Edwin Clark, has insisted that the chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Professor Attahiru Jega, must be relieved of his job if free and fair election is to be guaranteed in 2015. He made the conclusion against the backdrop of creation of additional 30,000 polling units, in which he allotted 22,000 to the North and 8,000 units to the South.
