I am using a chevron Passat, manual, electric caburator, it functions fine cuz I ensure good maintainance culture, but this one now is a new challenge, so please if any one had experienced it and what did you do?
the car goes off at the middle of road, even when I am on motion several times now, it happened once last week but now often, it goes off and if I try to start it immediately it won't start, then if I leave it for 5min it starts, its not giving any signal,

so please any who had encountered such? how did you solve it, calling my mechanic this morning but I trust you guys information, please I am waiting. thanks

Go and run a scan on that car, a fault code (s) would be given to you come back here and post them so we take it up from there. What year is this car? A thousand of things could make a car stall. But scanning would make life easier for you

my mech traced water in the tank through the fuel tank cover, it appeared to be stolen cuz last time I bought fuel it was there, they dropping the tank, the pump is not utterly affected yet.
