If Estonia embassy in Azerbaijan issues visa and trp then Azerbaijan should be a good route as u only need am e-visa for it ... It's visa on arrivals for nigerias via e- visa

No kidding, maybe they changed their rules then because this is what i am seeing.
"Due to the absence of the selected country of nationality in the list of e-Visa eligible countries, issuing a visa has failed. For more information, it is recommended to approach a consulate or an embassy the Republic of Azerbaijan"

I don't think you have a problem if you are travelling from Ghana to India because you will get your visa from India embassy in Ghana. The problem is getting visa from India embassy in Nigeria.

What of Georgia don't they have Estonia embassy over there?

such things it's best to contactt directly from the embassy in Egypt rather than dwelling on wat someone said , write via email to Estonia embassy in Egypt or I will do that now and wat for there response next week ... !
