If you can streamline the job to about 90% virtual gig then perhaps, it could be a full virtual gig. Here is why: Good writers abound but may not all be based in Lagos, so putting a target location might restrict potential writers.

You may have stringent policies on originality and submission (this is only valid if your fear is the commitment of your writers)
