I refuse to support Aminu Waziri Tambuwal to
remain in his office as Speaker after defecting
from the PDP. I am not only against him, but
every one of them who got victory on another
platform but quickly defect just to feather their
political relevance.
Be that as it may, it is constitutionally legal that
only the court can decide if such defection is
right in the eyes of the law, while it is only the
dishonorable legislathiefs that can declare
vacant the position of the Speaker and this must
be achieved by two third members of those
legislooters.
It is crystal clear that as long as the house
remains on recess, Tambuwal remains Nigeria
Speaker; and so long the PDP cannot arrive at a
considerable number of members to remove
him as the Speaker, his position remains, unless
the court rules otherwise.
In defiant regard to the rule of law and acting
on despotic instruction, the most corrupt body
in Nigeria, the Nigerian Police Force became the
judge and quickly withdraw the security details
attached to a SITTING Speaker, while quoting
the constitution. Someone should have told us
that they are now the new interpreters of law,
whereas they could not do so when the Speaker
of Ondo State House of Assembly decamped
from the LP to PDP.
Note, the new judge (POLICE) never said they
were acting based on Tambuwal now in the
minority, but because he had defected from a
platform on which he got power. Where were
they when minority members defected from
their parties to PDP? What a country, what a
leader and what an institution. The earlier we
call the police to order, the best for us. What
they have just committed ois constitutional
coup and they should not be allowed to go scot
free. Let the AG. IGP go. He has began on a
wrong note and sent a warning to us that come
2015, whoever is not in PDP will not be
protected.

When I read that news, first that struck me was "isn't it this same HOR that will confirm the IG?"

Nigeria - so SO confused a nation. Because this means a Commissioner of police can arrest the same IG if he later annoys the presidency.
