I am Tom bought etisalat 500mb from you last Thursday 26 March & as I type d remaining 477mb has disappeared last nite. I called customer care to lay complaint & they said it would be fixed & confirmed my balance 477mb this morning from their rep. I called 30 minutes later only for another rep to tell me dat my sim card record was last updated 2 days ago & dat nothing like 500mb subscription. What kind of liars & criminal network rep we have in dis country. This is d second time they are zapping my SHARE & SELL BUNDLE in 2-3 days after subscription. I hardly use up to 10mb a day on mobile. The 15 mb I got loading #200 credit is what I am using to post dis. I am done with dis thieving service from Etisalat. If by end of today, nothing is done then all Nairalanders should treat dis service as CHEAT / SCAM from Etisalat.

NB same complaint from dose I recommended

dese guys are confirmed thieves. they just denied 1 hour ago dat dis service does not exist on their network. dialling *229*9# for my balance even stopped working since yesterday nite same time my data was wiped.

ETISALAT CUSTOMER REP BOLDLY WARNED ME NEVER TO BUY DATA FROM ANY BODY OTHER THAN THEIR OWN BUNDLE PLANS AND THAT SUCH DOES NOT EXIST ON THEIR NETWORK.

It is a pity dis Kelechi knows dese business tricks/cheats & went on to promoting dis cheap scam to waste my hard earned money. God is watching u and ETISALAT for partnering together for dis evil deals. 5 other persons who bought via my recommendation had same issues. dis is d second time my data been wiped. I dey vex!

Having gotten your data back from the Etisalat customer service, you owe the op an apology for accusing her of being a scam artist. I have bought data from her several times and have also referred some of my friends to her and there has been no complain.

The op has been very honest in her business deals with others and still is.

Bro, don't mind that guy joor. Some people are so quick at spoiling things for others just because of their misfortune. I always believe that people like those have businesses like this and they are jealous because others are thriving as a result of their had work
