Did similar registration for my sister and that's the way that final results page will remain till registration is concluded in less than a week from now, thus the two replies below are 100% correct .

You don't need to refill anything, even if u visit the application 101 times, it will always remains blank. whatever u have filled at first has been saved UI database

As far as it will be available durin clearance

To be candid its hard to meet up with UI clearance process when you're awaiting results by this period but pray and have some faith and make sure you perform exceedingly well in your post-utme exams as that will make you somehow favored until you fail to provide O-level results within the period stipulated for clearance. I pray you'll succeed .

The University of Ibadan Post UTME screening exercise will hold on Friday September 11th and Saturday September 12th, 2015 at the University of Ibadan. Kindly note that the exact screening date for each applicant will be on the their invitation letter which will soon be available.

You shouldn't have said 'God's grace' in your sentence rather it should be 'Serious reading ' .Its only Gods grace that can save those 3000 students which I believe I am among,not even prayer,cause if it were to be prayer,virtually everyone would enter,tell me a person who doesn't pray before exams or during prep....?? God's grace is the most paramount thing .But also know you've got read hard then pray,then God's grace would be sufficient over you....Happy prepping...
