Please I want to know, is DSTV swapping people's decoders for a new brand? The reason I am asking is because, while passing through the entrance of DSTV office at GRA, Ikeja, Lagos, I saw a large crowd with their decoders. I couldnt stop to ask, as I was in so much hurry in a car.

Anybody with info concerning people going to their with their decoders?

Hi Oboma,

I just checked it online now. You will need to have a running subscription to qualify for the swap. Just take your decoder to the nearest outlet with your smart card, they'll run your data and then offer a new decoder depending on the model you're swapping i.e. SD or HD PVR.
