Please help 1999 honda Accord will not rev beyond 3,000 RPM irrespective of engaging the gear or not. What is the cause and solution. |

chillex8: We have a lot of components in the honda accord that would allow your rpm rev above 3000. You cannot conlcude its the rocker arm actuator that needs to be changed. If truly it is then the "op" has a bad maintenance culture when it comes to lube service. @ "op" it could have been any thing. But go and run a comprehensive scan on your car to know the culprit. After that a fault code (s) would be given to you come back here and present them. If possible live data stream should not be left out. Good luck |
