those figures of Nigeria's demographical strenght are indeed correct...if you exempt those who live under lagos bridges and impenetrable remote villages like Otuoke etc.

I hope to God that you're wrong. Nigeria is crowded as hell in the cities, already the infrastructure and roads are not enough to support it. Imagine if the population is 1 billion (~6 times current size), Nigeria (except for Igboland, because Igbos will always find a way) would not be habitable.
