1. Discover yourself
It is discovery that enlists you for life not necessarily birth. Life is all about contribution. Discover how you can contribute to life in a definite way. Until then, you are just existing…not living! There are too many guys walking the streets properly dressed with nothing to contribute. Be different! Until you know your gifting, you cannot be a gift to your world

2. Before 30, you must have learnt how to use your gifting to solve problems definitely. D presence of the gifting is nt as important as knowing hw it works. To ascertain whether it is worth ur attention, resources, energy and whether it can engage u for a life time. The treasures in u have d capacity 2 employ ursef 4 a life time. Learn hw 2 build systems around that thing u’r gifted in. learn hw 2 position dem 4 rewards.

3. U must have caught some ideas on how to make money. This point doesn’t need much elaboration. You cannot be 30 and all your hope is in d government to feed u. u shud knw in wat way people shud depend on u cos genuinely or indirectly, u make money from other people’s ignorance

4. You must have known d definition of love. Many young lads are stl misconstrued with d thought of love. Many a times, a guy walks up to u with a smile n softly says to u I Iove u n every strand of ur hair stands straight! U think dt is love. When sum1 says I luv u what does d person mean? Deos he mean I like u? does he mean I want to have sex with u? does he mean u look enchanting? Is he saying u look seductive? LISTEN! You cannot love someone u don’t knw! U cnt love some1 u just met 4 d first time! U can like him/her. U can be attracted but u cannot love someone whose assets and liabilities u cannot define. Because love doesn’t just stop at an emotion. Love is a choice. One reason y we have many jilting(s) is because one day, one of dem realizes meehn! There’s sumtin abt dx guy/lady I cant tolerate. I am nt ready 2 b responsible for this. So, he turns his back and flees. But he thought he liked u wen ur make-up was all intact. Wen ur colours were just perfect for d dinner. But wen d vapour of emotion begins to sublime. When d scales begin 2 fall! wen u really knw what’s up. Dtx wen he bcums very evasive. He thought he loved u. He didn’t. love is a responsibility. Love is a choice to give. Love is not sex and sex is not love. Wen sum1 says I love u, sumtyms u shud just act indifferent. Just say ok I am watching. So many tinx 2 say under dx…..

4b U shud have learnt hw to propose. Surprisingly, some guys @ 30 dnt knw hw to propose. Dey r jx soooo fake. Don’t tell stories! Just be plain. Tell d person ur mind. Don’t bring up stories like I saw u in a vision abi dream….lol

5. U must have read at least 30 books. He who doesn’t read is nt beta dan sum1 who cannot read. What’s d difference b/w u and an illiterate if u wud nt read? U shud own a minimum of 30 books of ur own b4 30. That u are very good in sex doesn’t make u a real man/woman. Even mad people have sex n get pregnant. Don’t carry a beautiful face on an empty head. Empty minds attract demselves. Heavy minds attract demselves

6. Before u r 30, u shud have a pastor. U shud have a pastoral covering over ur life Jer 3:15-16 and u dnt choose ur pastor, u discover him.

7. Before u r 30, u shud b known 4 something. Great men r nt knwn 4 evrytin. Dey r knwn 4 specifics

8. Before u r 30 u shud have a mentor. A Japanese adage says better dan a thousand days of diligent search is one day with a great teacher. A mentor is someone who seems 2 ve d creativity, wisdom, ability, patience n d grace to help mould ur life into shape. Dey seem 2 ve gotten 2 where u wna gt 2. Don’t b emotional abt choosing ur mentor esp wen opp is involved.

9. U must learn hw 2 say no without feeling guilty! u cant be a yes yes man all d time

10. U must have conquered procrastination. Time strikes d hour for the brave and for d true. Procrastination is a lazy man’s apology

11. U shud b free 2 use ur mind. Learn to be free from the influence (mentally speaking) of ur peers, parents, tv, social media or people around

12. U shud have a bank account. Stop living from hand to mouth. Have some savings. If u r really serious abt ur future, u shud have more dan one bank acc----designated differently

13. U shud have an investment

14. U must have developed stability of character. Before u r 30, u shud have integrity! Stop ronse! Put ursef under control

15. U shud b able 2 choose ur friends. Nt persons forcing demselves on u. An eagle dt keeps fellowship with vultures cannot fly at its peak. An eagle dt lives with chickens will one day forget hw 2 fly

16. Learn professional dining ethics. Be neat. Don’t carry smelling mouth around. Care about some of dx little things
