Hi, I masturbate a lot like four to five times in a day, majority of my internet subscription is spent on porn sites; and I also have a drinking problem. Get your self a time out, stop staying in-doors, stay social and mix up, read the bible daily, enjoy going to event and services, watch movies with friends and get youself busy, pari pari e pray to God for a deliverance

Thank you so much. U re very helpful, the problem probably is because Im most of the time Alone and the friends I have are drinkers, I will try out your suggestions.

It's difficult to break a habit, it takes time so you have to be patient with yourself. The first step to change is accepting there's a problem, this you have done, good job

Now you need motivation, I'll suggest you get busy to get distracted, pick up a hobby such as reading or painting if you can

Give yourself some distance from alcohol, try weaning yourself if you can't quit cold turkey. Basically if you drink "x" amount of alcohol now then reduce it to "x-1" until you no longer care for it

Don't condemn yourself, you're living and learning, we all are

Learning a lot here. I only wish the MOD would move this to the "high table". There are many NLers with these problems. They too would benefit a lot, from reading the comments, even if they r too ashamed to post anything.
