Have been thinking of how long it will take to build big muscles(a macho body to be precise,lol) and the factors that influences it and finally decided to table this matter to nairalanders that has a better knowledge about it for clarity,pls drop your comments on how one can get big muscles(big chest,nice triceps and biceps,six pacs etc) and how long it will take for the positive results to appear,tnxs.

The question should have being how much are you willing to sacrifice to have a muscular body? To get a muscular body is not rocket science but it involves a number of things to put into consideration such as genetics, nutrition,work-out plan, ability of recovery after each work-outs, dedication,consistency, persistence,determination,discipline e.t.c.
