Newspaper reports from Spain indicate Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho intends to bring Borussia Dortmund winger Marco Reus to Stamford Bridge next summer.

Marca claim that the Blues coach has made the German international his No 1 target at the end of the season.

The Spanish newspaper speculates that Mourinho will face tight competition from La Liga leaders Real Madrid, who have agreed a 'right to buy' with the Bundesliga team.


The impressive midfielder is also a subject of desire from European heavyweights such as Juventus and Barcelona, where the Catalan based team boss Luis Enrique has an eye on the former Borussia Monchengladbach star that has a buy-out clause of around 20 million pounds.

Mourinho is keen to strengthen his squad and is not impressed with the output from German midfielder Andre Schurrle whose performance has declined considerably after the World Cup triumph in Brazil.
