Hi peeps, not sure if this is the right section for this topic, but anyway i need your wise contributions. Experienced peeps in the house, what percentage of a persons income is advisable to be spent on rentage.

For me, it depends on how large your family is. If without children, it can be a little above 10% but when the house is full, then 10% or even below.

If not, na landlord you go dey work for
