A Federal High Court in Lagos, yesterday, dismissed the suit seeking to stop the ongoing inquest into the collapsed Synagogue building. Trial judge, Justice Ibrahim Buba, described the suit as lacking merit, and accordingly, dismissed same. It will be recalled that on September 12, a six-story building within the premises of the Synagogue Church of All Nations collapsed in Lagos, killing over 100 people most of whom were foreigners, with several others injured...continue reading below http://ozigizaga..com/
