Though there isn't absolute arithmetic to 'blowing', you can still get there.

Number one, don't get excited, N2m IS CHICKEN CHANGE but it can work for you like it's a billion bucks if you go about it properly with God's grace. Plan, plan, plan as in even N10m can be spent on a music career with no commensurate returns... no be story o, I know of a couple.
Throwing money about is no guarantee.

Shooting a world class video is actually possible from that money and have something to work with for promo et al but you would have to tag on with people that can call in favours... you need luck for that.

Check your music. Is it really one of the many jukpa kinds or its one in a million type of music yet with mass appeal? This will help you define your brand and the direction for later PR and promotion. It will do well to get some A&R advice...

After your material is certified ready for the market, you can begin the promo & PR campaign. Going to every DJ is a mistake. You need to identify the ones that'll actually make your money work for you. Yes quite sadly, payola is a reality of Nigerian entertainment.

Your image and connection to your fans is very important. It's a strategy few understand. You don't need to buy thousands of followers on IG, Twitter... o. If they are not interacting with you, it is easily discernible they were bought...

Internet buzz has to be the right target. It doesn't necessarily need to be on every blog or music site but the one that MATTER. No, LindaIkeji is not a must but could be included.

Long story... can't conclude now...
