Where on earth have u been ? Pay pal has been around for a couple of months . but the PayPal in Nigeria only allows you to pay out you can't acept payment

if i cant receive payment with paypal account, then whats the use of it. i just need a PayPal account to use on my bulk SMS website so can receive payment from my customers. any genuine help pls?

Just setup a webmail on your host then contact me to get a paypal account opened on it for a token.

try 2checkout or open the pp account as a Niger citizen.
