A Distributor has the RIGHT to print the PINs however he likes. You can print it on metal, plastics, paper, virtual transfers, etc. The card owner never said it was MTN advert to represent it as such.

As usual I will not be surprised if the Coven muscle MTN to place a ban on it - after-all they pushed the MTN/DSTV to retrieve the $15m they smuggled to South Africa.

Whatever PDP cannot own or control, they destroy.

my friend, he was not 'licensed' to print it, he bought the pins with his fuckin money and can print the sequences on even a toilet roll. MTN already got their money, how he prints is no one's business. Av been there, ok?

As much as I want to agree with you , Id have to say I don't . MTN and the dealer must have struck an agreement signed a contract , whatever the dealer does is supposed to conform with MTN's policies , for instance if that dealer sells fake card , you won't call the dealer , you call 180. So one way or the other he's just a reseller not the owner. I am sure Mtn may revoke his license or end relations with the said dealer

if u buy a fake recharge card and u call mtn, will they give u a free card? U have no business with calling mtn as long as u type the pins and they give u the required recharge and not less, and unless u damaged the pin and u need to recharge thru the serial number. Mtn generates pins and sell them to whoever are willing to buy. And funny enuff, in their agreement, the only thing required is slapping their name(mtn) on it, then ur business name may be included if u wish. There are no wahala of advertising as long as it's ur business.

l was surprise when l bought one and all l see was apc logo and colour. l wanted to call d boy that bought it back cos it looked odd but when l counted d digit it was mtn.

l was like .......... what in God's name is this!?

corruption is everywhere. You see, the cards u bought were not for sale. They were distributed freely as an ad strategy. But many people who got the money to give to dealers to distribute actually started selling them at cheaper price to street vendors.

His products?? Remember , he's just a distributor! He was licensed to print out MTN recharge cards. NOT APC Recharge cards.
