This is so interesting. How many of us know how much Fish helps in our body system. It also helps preventing various heart diseases including cancer. Abeg o! Make we dey eat fish regularly for better sound health. You may read more of its benefits here. I also attached pix i got from there.

every thing in moderation,na small small we go dey eatam,fish dey good 4 our system,,but remember a lot of deep sea fishes got mercury in their system,ofwhich the science are still trying to figure out how the toxic substance finds their way into those fishes, and the toxic thing,is very bad to the brain,,so little by little with them fishes
