Responsible for directing and coordinating office services related activities. Providing adminstrative support functions to the regional office and responsible for shedules, travel plans and other affairs of the Group Managing Director and also managing the day opertaions at the residence of the GMD. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Responsible for receiving and attending to guest’s needs Making hotel reservations for the company’s guests Assist in getting all documentation ready for various government bodies like: DPR, FIRS, LIRS and Banks etc. Handles ticketing and reservation for all air travels Ensure timely delivery of all office supplies, furniture and other office equipment etc. for the entire staff in accordance with company’s purchasing policies and budgetary restriction Responsible for monitoring and replenishing stock level of office materials such as: Paper, Toner, Offiwce pins, Folder etc. Enusre that the office is supplied with news papers on a daily basis Performs other admin duties as requested by the HR/Admin Manager Ensures the maintenance of office equipment and machinery, including copier, fax machine, generator set. Supervising other junior employees, cleaners, drivers Manges the GMD/GED’s calenders and schedules appointments Providing protocol services to GMD when needed. Organizes programs, events, meetings or conferences by arranging facilities and caterers for the GMD Arrange complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, complex documents for travel-related meetings for GMD Prepare the GMD weekly expenses reports and monthly medical reimbursements and reverts to accounts department Ensure all utility bills are promptly paid for GMD’s Residence Job Requirements The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: Minimum of OND qualification Excellent oral and written communication skills.
