What is this mogodo character spewing all over this thread? angry

Sanusi told Nigerian that their spineless president watches helplessly and cluelessly as his cronies and enemies alike are plundering our collective wealth... In all his interviews, he clearly stated that his patriotic duty is simply to inform Nigerians of the rot and he also urged Nigerians not to be afraid of vested interests (just like GEJ is scared).

After all the silly rants by the presidency, where is Sanusi today?.. he has retired to become the emir of kano which has always been his life long ambition and dream.

So I ask again, wtf is mogidi spewing about Sanusi?
Something dey do you? Where did Sanusi break his ramadan fast? If he is so powerful why did he run to GEJ to end his fasting that time? No be fear catch am? He knows what the government would have done to him hence he ran to the president for forgiveness. He is lucky that GEJ has forgiven him. He would have gone to prison for arranging for figures and blame it on the president.

Stop deceiving nigerians. No court case has declared his sit vacant. On the contrary court has not even decided on the case but rather ask them to maintain status quo. This administration knows nothing about rule of law and separation of powers no wonder the act with impunity.stop supporting evil tomorrow it could be ur turn to reap what you sowed

When the speaker & his other colleagues came, NOF didn't recognized them, they dressed like thugs abi? Pls NPF should come up with better lies. Since NPF have proved that they are jobless but not useless, they should be deployed to the troubled North east to help Nigerian Soldiers against insurgents.

If the IGP tries to to prevent Tambuwal from having access into the Green Chamber on December 3 or arrest him before then, would lead to a rowdy session which won't even see Emeka Ihedioha acting as Speaker.
the IG will perfect what happened some days back.ie prevent the so call tambuwal from gaining access to the house, allow only those that are ready to work with PDP to take over speakership seat to go inside.

If this did not happen,PDP will not rest.

There is a reason he is call the commander in chief of the armed forces-always gets his rights except if he dont want to

Why is desperation written all over the face of the ruling party? Why are they finding it difficult to tolerate the opposition? Why is the executive always wanting to have her way no matter whose ox is gored? Oh! They control the military; they can intimidate with the Police; the DSS is their hand-bag. For how long would we continue in this ineptitude? The question is not if we have failed as a nation; we should be asking if we are contented with failure. # God save Nigeria

The Police is wrong on this one. Apart from political sentiment, they shouldn't have gone in there in the first place. Their presence there caused the wahala. PDP in their usual manner didn't wait for the pronouncement of d court before doing what they did.

It is a big shame to country Nigeria, hw can Nigeria police force stop a speaker in d NASS who has nt b impeach by d court nt to enta NASS complex. I share tears for dis country. My opinion is dat d IGP should b sack immediately nd Tambuwal should nt honor dear invitation nd see weda dey wil com nd arrest him. D summary is dat am totally against d Nigeria police action nd bliv me dat b4 d policemen did wat dey did it was someone dat gave dem dat order.
He seized to be the speaker the day he decamped to the APC. Please if he is your brother advice him to honor the invitation of the IGP if not he will be arrested.

. I totally agree with you, am sure they wanted to impeach tambuwal in his absence that's the order straight from that low life jonathan. Tambuwal is very popular and has massive support. PDP pain is seeing him on APC. That's the logical reason for this ongoing Fracas. Am sure what happened @ the meeting wif that ugly IGp wif Vpresident will be:

sambo: you this schmuck, we gave you an order to prevent him from entering, so the impeachment proceedings can be fast.

IGp: oga! No vex, I try buh the man get supporters and journalist they, if I go act funny.

Sambo: that's bullshit, the real reason why the president travelled was for this incident not to be associated with him and you blew our only chance.

IGp: Oga, no worry. When we invite am come headquartes we go detain am. We go help pdp achieve power by force.

Sambo: you better do so, or else you will suffer, we can't afford to lose this 2015 election oh. With TAN, SAN mixed with TAN-- SATAN, INEC, CBN, PDP, Court of Laws, Aribsala, maggi okupe and the likes victory will be ours. Now go back to your office.

IGP: yes sir. We will mobilise police sef to do ur bidding, don't forget to tell the president about my support oh, so I can collect small from the national cake like the likes of asari, tompolo. Oduah. This nigeria sweet walahi corruption everywhere.
Conversation ended.
don't mind them......thesame way they did in ekiti with help of ds same useless police,
they want to use dsame process

Nigeria is making a mockery of herself before the whole world. I have a military career experience. I wonder if Obj a retired general and two time C-in-C in Military and democracy era would have sent military and police to harrass Okadigbo (as Senate President) or Ghali Umar Na'abba (as Speaker) when he was having disagreement with them. The good thing this time around is that the senate president a soja, the minister of defence, a soja may be part of the arrangement. During the Abacha era when the present senate president escaped into exile to prevent conviction by Abacha over an interview he granted the press, we thought Abacha was a mean dictator.

What we had witnessed in a democracy under the present regime where members are allowed to vote to nominate their leaders or remove their leaders, but rather, the power decides to use intimidation, frustration and manipulation to force a leader to resign instead of normal parliamentary procedure or judicial system had not been witnessed under any leadership in Nigeria.

At the inception of democracy, Jim Nwobodo was elected senator under another party only to decamp to another party while in the senate. We have Obanikoro, Wahab Dosumu and others in the senate who also decamped in the senate and retained the seat. So many senators and members of the house have decamped and retained their seats despite many legal actions. Isa Yuguda was elected governor of Bauchi State in his first tenure under ANPP only to decamp to PDP as governor. Malam Bashir Tofa protested heavily. He said he should vacate the governorship seat. Nothing happened until he finished his first term.

If Senator Mark sees Abacha as a maximum ruler for hunting for him for being realistic and frank which eventually led him to exile, what is happening now is far above the last days of Abacha in power. Abacha is an angel.

No amount of going to blessed sacrament chapel or attending the feast of passover in Israel or any prayer in any adoration ground can appease God in an unjust ground. Those who come to equity must come with a clean hands. No wonder the boko haram case and increment in crimes and other devilish virtues despite increment in prayer camps and grounds.

The tribe and region that would have shouted chaos had Obj used crude undemocratic military and police harrassment to humiliate Okadigbo or ghali umar na'abba when in office is the most supportive of this assault on the parliament. They are the pro government rally specialist and are visible in all the areas of money making ventures of the present administration. Well done

So its u dat has sense? When u don't knw d meaning of money laundry. Let me elucidate it 2 u. According to wikipedia "Money laundering is commonly defined as occurring in three steps: the first step involves introducing cash into the financial system by some means ("placement"wink; the second involves carrying out complex financial transactions to camouflage the illegal source ("layering"wink; and the final step entails acquiring wealth generated from the transactions of the illicit funds ("integration"wink." Where ur knowledge stops dats whr another's begins. What other way for oduah to get money 4rm her ministry than engaging in outrageos financial transaction for cars dat shouldn't cost half of its purported cost.
First, you must forgive me as regards my writings on the post you qouted, its full of typographical errors.

Coming to what you wrote;
you succesfully put down the process/way of money laundering, which you trio-categorized,but you didnt tell us which of the categories a,b,c of money laundering, does making use of ''unappropriated" money, for official use belongs to.
If am not mistaken, the apt meaning of money laundering, lies on the "purpose" for which it is being used.
Purpose here, means, was the money spent for personal use,or for official use?.
Let me school you a bit on Oduah's case;
Oduah's case wasn't money laundering, because, though the money wasn't appropriated(budgeted),it was still put for official use i.e buying of those official vehicles.
It wasn't recorded that she converted it for personal use, after investigation.
Therefore,it won't be said that she laundered money.
Here's was a clear case of 'process abuse'.that is,she didn't go through the normal process,to get the money, which she officially used.forget about the inflation of the prices of those vehicles, such does happen in every government.e.g,Ex-Gov.Fayemi's beddings worths over 50m,what do you av' to say about that?.
BTW,Oduah used the process called leased financing,to buy the vehicles, but the issue is that,it isn't known to Nigerian/FAAN appropriation law.
