tnx I also want to learn it 4 in other to be good at it but d most important thing is dat i want to b able 2 satisfy the stomach infrastructure of my future hubby

ma'am, learn how to cook because you want to be good at cooking, not because you want to impress a man into marrying you.

men can sense all these things faster than you can say "poundo yam", before you know it, he has eaten your food and gone off to some non cooking lady from there. Even if you add assorted vegetables.

and learning pounded yam is by example, not theory. You have to see what you're pounding in order to guage it.

Its better if you ask someone to show you and then again you have to find out if your "future hubby" likes pounded yam, and if he doesnt prefer poundo when he does.
