His level of theft and shamelessness has reached its peak.ephraim now tells students, visitors and taxi drivers on campus that they should pay him 35-40k for issues as simple as wrong parking, because it is a university policy.If it is a university policy eprahaim should show his accused a university account which is authorized for such reprimands. This man can steal food from baby. That baby may be yours or mine. He has injured people using a variety of weapons while robbing them believing his voice will always be heard first since he is a retired policeman. He has stolen from many. A proper unbiased investigation on this man can easily be done and provide the true results. ephraimis dirty along the main gate of RSUSTback gate, Eagle Island Gate and Ilaobuchi back gate(within and without). The only way ephraim's exploits can be missed is by plucking out your eyes.His name stinks worse than the Garden City dump. He is a retired asp of The Gallant Nigerian Police Force. This man is an epitome of corruption being what both PDP and APC would like a distance themselves from. It is alleged that ephraim works hand in hand with the Mile 3 police station in Port Harcourt providing them with ample victims for bail while collecting kickbacks. This is story we tend to find unbelievable. The Mile 3 Police Station have never had such a reputation. They have always been Gallant! What has been investigated and can be analysed by even a 2 year old is that ephraim has collecting people's money on his own. This should be stopped especially under Governor Ameachi who is known to be an epitome of integrity,entrepreneurism and innovation. ephraim has stolen from many people. his exploits are no longer hidden. We are challenging the our Gallant Police Force, the SSS, DSS and our Distinguished Inspector General to look into this THEIF'S issues. There is no possibility of concealing it anymore. ephraim still looks wretched and sick being proof that evil dividends can never be put to good use.An investigation on this criminal can be done on and off campus. His reputation stinks! But a lot of innocents are suffering from theft by an appointed thieving cso of a university.This is the point where enlightened security operatives come in.
