The existence of an Organisation is mainly for profit maximization with visions to exchange values, products or services with target market- customers or clients. the reality is that people buy or employ organization services which made the Organization and customers or Clients enjoy mutually beneficiary relationship, the life span of such relationship is dependent on so many factors, determined and focus Organizations moves on regardless of any hitch, but all knows Customers are as important as the Organisation itself even more.

The facet truth could confront the parties in question and that truth is in form of a question 'who needs who? when competitors will not give up; after all, we do similar business, goals alike with same product, same industry, little merging in price but difference in value sharing and acceptance. Customers or Clients is the breath of every firm, so Organization-Customers relationship must be well managed much more, the love customers enjoy could be the reason they still patronize us and the very reason we are in business is because they need us so managing customers well remain significant; customers complaint, demands, request vis a vis view and suggestion.

Account keeping has been extended, Good Customer relationship management s tailored and arranged in various group under tutelage of Customers Relationship Management (CRM) between the relationship manager so to develop a good understanding business relationship that allow needs analyses in order to serve customer better providing for them their specific business need product that your Organization offers and for effective deals and transaction seek feedback for Organization improvement.

Getting to know your Customer is the key to get their attention and thereafter their commitment. Customers or Clients needs to know that you care as an Organization, knowing fully well that you really care. Professional it will allow you accommodate their needs and by transaction; supply based on needs analysis. Good Customer Service, Great marketing skills while in the field, quality and originality of product is already a credit to your great brand but the culture must be established between Customer and You, always seek feedback. It will help fix leakages within and without. And equally improve the Organization lot more and make the Organization greater.

Ending it well, Listen well to customers and your response must be to rectify all the wrong, fix the problem, escalate the issues if it is beyond your office and follow it up for the customer to ensure customer satisfaction. Customer is the only access you have to identify, discover and achieving Organizational goals so managing them well, you can be sure you have people by your side helping your Organization grow because they will also work on their volition, bringing your Organization referral before you ask them to do so.
