At the inception of democracy, Jim Nwobodo was elected senator under another party only to decamp to another party while in the senate. We have Obanikoro, Wahab Dosumu and others in the senate who also decamped in the senate and retained the seat. So many senators and members of the house have decamped and retained their seats despite many legal actions. Isa Yuguda was elected governor of Bauchi State in his first tenure under ANPP only to decamp to PDP as governor. Malam Bashir Tofa protested heavily. He said he should vacate the governorship seat. Nothing happened until he finished his first term.

If Senator Mark sees Abacha as a maximum ruler for hunting for him for being realistic and frank which eventually led him to exile, what is happening now is far above the last days of Abacha in power. Abacha is an angel.

No amount of going to blessed sacrament chapel or attending the feast of passover in Israel or any prayer in any adoration ground can appease God in an unjust ground. Any flight taken off from any aerodrome in Nigeria is required to file a flight plan with the mandatory alternative aerodromes.

Buhari's flight would have had Yola and Jos as an aerodrome.

The Makurdi Military base does not owe you, Buhari or the public at large why it declined the Babboon Monkey Blood General's flight landing rights.

Nigeria is currently at war in the northeast with the Airforce playing a major role.

If at last minute, General Command had issued a directive for the Makurdi Air Command to draft a fleet of Jet Fighters to assist ground troops in Borno, should they then delay such directive to accomodate Gen. BokoHaram?

Portharcourt airport is a civilian aerodrome and the airspace is manned by NAMA.

If NAMA gives a particular aircraft permission to takeoff and exist Nigerian airspace, does that bind for example the Cameroonian airspace management to allow the aircraft to land in their airport?

NAMA handed the aircraft to Makurdi Tower which happens to be manned by AirForce personnel being a military airport.

By the way, the use of airspace and landing rights remains a privilege and not a right anywhere in the world.
