Jegin Consult seeks to employ a talented personal assistant, to assist and support the organisation in decision making within the company, helping out with filing, diary management and other general duties as assign by the CEO.
Qualification:
OND ( An OND in accounting would be a serious Plus)
Living around the Woji Area Of Port Harcourt would also be a advantage
Age: 20 – 25 years
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinating logistics, meetings, schedule and travel arrangements
• Proactively managing a wide range of administration function for the organization
• Facilitating timely communication, correspondence and presentation
• To provide financial and operational support
• Manage expenses
• General administration support
• Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders/internal and external contacts
• General ad hoc duties (Stationary, filing, correspondence)
• Potential Candidate Criteria
• Highly proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Excellent diary management
• 1st class communication and presentation skills at all level
