Both Bill Clinton and AG Loretta Lynch's conduct was improper. It's okay to say a quick 'hello, how is the family doing', and move on.

But no, the Attorney-general held a 30 minute conversation with the husband of a woman that is under FBI investigation. Although, their meeting wasn't technically illegal, it raises moral concerns as to whether the career DOJ officers wouldn't feel subtle pressure to not indict Hillary.
