INEC Should Adopt The NIMC E-Registration Pattern by kaysy(m): 6:55am On Nov 29, 2014
Honestly the way INEC has carried out its distribution of PVC and the registration of Nigerians via CVR is so pathetic and i already feel like they have started rigging the election already, thats why am suggesting that they should act just like the NIMC is doing and am sure its very simple if only they have the political will to do so

WHAT'S THE REQUIREMENTS?
1. It won't cost them up to N3m to set up a database for Pre-Enrollment & it won't take up to 3Days to finish
2. Establish an INEC Branch office at every Local Govt Area, Nationwide (774 LGA)
3. Run massive Ads on Newspaper, TV, Radio & Online encouraging & advising people to go to the website and do their Pre-Enrollment
4. From all i know, INEC already have secretariats in each state of the Federation so that one is settled.

HOW WILL IT WORK?
1. Go to the website and complete a Pre-Enrollment Form in less than 10mins and obtain a printout with a REF Number (12 Digit Number)
2. Take it to any INEC Pre-Enrollment Center Near you or to any INEC office in any LGA for Pre-Enrollment, after which your data automatically appears at the database of the state's INEC Secretariat for processing & printing, once it is produced within 2days, it is forwarded to the LGA of your residence (The LGA where you live)
3. Go to the INEC office of your LGA and collect your PVC and that all.

All this things cannot take more than a week to be done, i really dont know what INCE is really doing honestly.
Its not too late to start now
