The federal Government has signed an MOU to implement the court Judgement granting the Judiciary autonomy FINANCIAL INDEPENDENCE meaning the Judicial arm of Government will now get their monetary allocation directly from source and no longer needs to lobby for funds. this has led Judiciary workers (JUSUN) to suspend their planned strike action.

oh really? it took a court judgement with industrial action from Judicial staff workers threatening to go on strike for this independence of the Judiciary to materialize , you can imagine the chief judge of a state having to always go cap in hand to lobby for FUNDS from state Governors before getting stipends for its functions. it was unhealthy for the judiciary and dispensation of justice

Not in Nigeria. It will NOT happen.

Not a prayer but if the antecedents of this government is anything to go by, then I don't see this ever coming to pass regardless of the number of MoUs signed. ASUU and other labour union can bear witness to this.

Another memorandum of understanding.
The word MOU is now overused and useless as a piece of shit in this current clueless administration.

Express this new development by sentencing that IGP who defies court order by going against a verdict that says "Statosquo should remain" and refused to acknowledged Hon. Tambuwal as the Speaker of the House of rep.. grin
