I need help plss. My dell ispiron 15r laptop with windows 8 just all of sudden started typing multiple alphabets by itself on d user password startup page.lik(ddddddddddddddddddddddd............endlessly). I also can't use d keyboard now except d onscreen keyboard. All d the keys on the keyboard re not responding. First I refreshed d system dat didn't solve d problem. I resseted d system, am still faced with d problem. I hav scan and scan for viruses, there is none. What could be d possible problem and how to solve it.

Brother my advice is sell that stupid system before you discover additional faults... I bought mine brand new used it for a month all of a sudden it power off while working on it.... Dell 15 and 15r is the worst system by Dell...
