1. Paul Kagame of Rwanda said he is no longer considering twisting the constitution. He will not run for a 3rd term. 2. Benin's Yayi Boni said the same thing swearing last month that he will not run for a 3rd term. 3. No news yet from Liberia's Sirleaf. Some of her followers were considering paving the way for a 3rd term. 4. No news yet from Togo's Faure Eyadema ( in Togo there is no term limit),RDC's ( Republique Democratique du Congo) Joseph Kabila, and Congo -Brazza's Denis Sassou Nguesso. |
