Don't know if this is the right section to post this, I hear a lot of people saying someone does eye service, But I cant exactly pin point what it is, So peeps if anyone knows what it is can you please explain what it is, How to identify it and how to cope with people who do eye service. Cheers |

It means pretence. Take for example, a work environment where a particular worker comes to work and doesn't face thei work but starts discussing or pressing their phone, only to see their boss coming or hear footsteps on the staircase, and immediately turns to do their work...now that's proper eye service.  |
