I use Forest Pro V 4.0 Plug -in for the 3D vegetation( Tress, Grass, Flowers etc).

Rendering time: 40 minutes Using DELL PRECISION mobile workstation ( Intel core i7vPro, 16 gig RAM, 4 gig nVidia Quadro, 3.8 Ghz processor speed(Turbo).

File size : 181 mb with all 3D vegetation.

I need the full V-ray settings you used.
What is your ambient occlusion setting for the scene... the shadow is a bit pronounced.

This is really good. Very nice render and building as well. Going technical, i see the discrepancy between the window and door levels at the penthouse, is this intended? Overall, very nice job. The best i've seen so far here technically. And i'm not talking about the grasses or trees just Revit and Construction.

Not really sure about the error, but I believe the camera angle contributed to the difference in elevations.

I had to bring down the preset of the Global Illumination. 3ds max + V ray can be really demanding.

aesthetically beautiful but poor design, why will you have sit-out on every floor? you will realize that d space is being wasted when you produce the working drawings.
