I really understand you Op. I'm am currently in such situation but no hope is lost.
I have served and my HND result and NYSC cert can't be my barier since there are no jobs for graduates at that profile.
I have applied for several jobs with my HND, maybe because I no longer see ND jobs and SSCE jobs relevant, but I just realized I'm wrong.

I'm currently in a recruitment center were I apllied for NAVY recruite! It's embarrassing though but had no choice because if it works for me, I'm gonna be stable financially.

my Advice; Do not select jobs at this stage in life no matter How small even if it's not a graduate job.

U can as well apply for military recruitment programs.

The drilling cos I did was only for gold, diamonds cos am in Ghana nw Maybe u will do one in oil sector because u r in nigeria

I hard same problem as you but I did a month program on drilling tech and mineral exploration then an attachment program for 3months, I got occupied and made money for 3months but I am back to square 1 cos of gold price and stuffs so I did a safety course online still waiting for them to call me.


What am trying to say is DONT look for a job look rather for something that can get you a job Maybe online courses, programming courses or Maybe even same drilling that I did.

Improvise, diversify, ginger yourself up, open your eyes, meet new people (churches, mosques etc)

Not right now, with the current gold price no company is carrying out exploration so most drillers are at home but yes I have drilled in Ghana.

I'm unemployed but I still work 3 jobs, and make more than enough for myself, as a matter of fact, I closed work for the year today. About 3 clients are even pleading I do their jobs before Xmas, but I'm forming, I'm done for the year.

How about I give you a free training on wall designs? Check my thread, then tell me where you're based.

During NYSC, I trained lots of people on camp, and they are making it, not too much money, but just enough.

The person behind VocalWalls is small, but with big dreams, you wouldn't believe it if you saw me, not to think that I studied petroleum engineering.

I keep applying for jobs tho, but I believe in something more physical.

There's lots and lots of services that you can render, find it!
