Marriage they say its a wonderful thing, most young people after successfully finding and identifying that special person in their life, to get married is still always a problem, because of the fear of the cost.guys what is the average cost of Nigerian traditional wedding/white wedding/nikkah? and how to source for fund.

You can't really place a specific cost on weddings in nigeria, Average or not..average to you mighte be 1 million naira, n average to me might be 20 million....Ii hv heard some big pple say "just a small event" ( weddings, birthdays, burial..etc) n thier budget is 30 million. To them that is average...so it depends on you n what you want your guest to see, think n feel bout you...i always advice couples tho, couples that don't really hv much..but wants something that looks like an elaborate wedding..to start planning and Paying vendors, a year b4 the wedding...you make installmental payments b4 your wedding...ofcuz the couple ain't the only one paying for the wedding.

But they want real good creative,quality wedding..or something close to that..n I also don't like it when couples owe after the wedding...Some don't pay up what they owe, they just dissappear...Sooo if you don't hv enough for what you want at your wedding, move the wedding, safe up or start paying vendors early..
