You guys should try it I promised you'll like it.

Coca Cola

My first cooking experience was a disaster , after observing my mum in the kitchen for some years I decided it was time to try my hands out at cooking. Calling over my closest friend for the treat , I cooked rice ( done properly ) and stew ( na here the problem dey ). After cooking the stew it just turned green , don't know if it was the curry or thyme but the stew was green. We decided to give the dog the rice and stew and even the dog refused to eat ( probably thinking , na me una wan poison , thunder fire una )

Was wondering what bread, vegetables and some proteins had to do with "sand-wich"...its a name of a place after all

Once upon a time, during the 2012 subbsidy strike, I needed to make groundnut soup but couldn't find bitterleaf anywhere. The only woman that had leaves had only uziza and utazi! Out. Of frustration I bought both leaves like that and used them to make my soup! Voila! The soup was the best tasting groundnut soup I had ever tasted. And my recipe stuck! So it's uziza and utazi for me now, instead of bitterleaf!

Also, there was a time waterleaf became scarce and expensive, so in order to make my afang soup, I bought waterleaf N200, which was ridiculously small, then buffered it with ugwu, before the afang! Oh boy! Till today, that's the way forward for me o! The remixed version of afang soup!

Oh, and also, during my sojourn in chicago, I bought yam to make asaro (yam porridge) for $12 at old world, like quite a distance from my house! getting home, the yam was 80% rotten! I decided to substitute with red potatoes I got from a nearby store! Oh my! My 5yr old little cousin had to exclaim, this is the tastiest meal I have ever had! I want to eat it everyday!

Don't blame me! I love food! And I love to cook!!!
