Considering the fact that Lagos was a Federal Capital (already developed by the federal govt) coupled with the financial muscle of Lagos State, not to mention the social corporate responsibility projects executed by companies in Lagos; I will conclude that Fashola has not harnessed these advantages to make Lagos a first class city; therefore Fashola is a failed administrator.
