That's a fibre glass cover na.

You can ask the INEC guys where they do theirs or go to berger, or ladipo. They would certainly know how its gotten.

Another option is to have one made out of steel. Much more secure than a fibre glass item. It all depends what you intend to carry and leave in the back of your truck, long term.
