Below is the fantastic CV of Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, GMB's running mate. A devoted christian, professional per excellence and by far an economic analyst. I have listened to him on several occasions at DayStar Christian Center and the Platform analysing economic issues and proferring practical solutions to them especially the education sector and I can tell you he is a man with wealth of experience.

Professor Yemi Osinbajo is a Senior Advocate of Nigeria and Senior Partner in the Law firm of Simmons Cooper Partners.

His tertiary education was at the University of Lagos and the London School of Economics and Political Science obtaining the LLB and LLM degrees respectively.

He was appointed Lagos State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice in 1999 and reappointed for a second term in 2003. During the period of his public service, he commenced the Lagos State justice reform project. A prominent feature of that project was the establishment of the Directorate for Citizens’ Rights (DCR) which provides free legal services and legal representation to indigent citizens of the state. This initiative gave a voice to many who would otherwise not have a way to access their rights.

Prior to that appointment, Osinbajo, a Professor of Law, was the Head of Public Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Lagos. Between 1988 and 1992, he was the Special Adviser to the Attorney-General and Minister of Justice of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

He also served as a staff member of the United Nations and Member of the United Nation’s Secretary General’s Committee of Experts on Conduct and Discipline of UN Peacekeeping personnel around the globe. He is currently an Ethics Advisor to the Ethics Committee of the African Development Bank and is a non-executive Director of Citibank.

Prof. Osinbajo is Co-founder & Board Member Convention on Business Integrity and the Justice Research Institute Ltd. He has also authored several law books. In 2007, Prof. and his wife Oludolapo founded “The Orderly Society Trust”, a non- governmental organization that is dedicated to the promotion of Christian ethics and orderliness.

He also pastors at Olive Tree House of Prayer for All Nations, Banana Island, a parish of the RCCG and lives in Lagos with his wife and three children.

Nobody will vote for them because Osibanjo was involve in fraud with Ahmed Tinubu , while they stole all of the money of lagos. And he covered up tinubu for fraud.. and made the people life useless.

Look at tinubu business , you can see that tinubu business is better than the school. because osibanjo help tinubu to steal money.

My Bro, popularity alone is not enough to effect the desired change we need. It takes a man with high level of economic experience, top leadership skill and above all, high moral standard to effect the desired change not professional politicianss with little or nothing to offer. Besides, the man is very popular in the south-west most especially Lagos and among christians.

As rich as his cv may seem, it appears to me that Buhari is running alone. This prof is only popular in lagos and cannot even deliver the votes of the other southwestern states not tto talk of the southeast and southsouth who do not know him.

In Nigerian political context, VP and deputy governorship positions, absolutely meant nothing. Even a powerful Atiku tried to make it relevant but was cut down by OBJ.
If Yar Adua had lived, do you think Jonathan would had succeeded him? If this ticket win, will this guy succeed Buhari too, not in a million years, that is, unless Yar Adua-Jonathan scenario happened again. (highly unlikely)

It depends on how you define ignorance.
You have from now till February to know this guy if that was your concern (not knowing him). I agreed with you that you shouldn't continue to act in ignorance because as you said it does matter, but in the same breath, I can vouch that you probably was ignorant about Sambo in 2011 and even now.

Go to the internet, make your research about him, you will be amazed at what you will see. That man is an authority when it comes to economic issues. He is not your everyday politician. That is why Fashola is able to perform.

news flash, i didnt vote GEJ then n im keeping an open mind right now. as per Osinbajo, he has no history where his credibility has been tested and i dnt think there is going to be a change from now till febuary. so i ask again, am i togo vote for dis guy simply becuz Tinubu selected him?
