Apart from Cameras, cam coders, umberra flash, background picture etc, What did I need to Start Up? Also aspiring to Start Photo Lab for printing from memory card and Negatives. What is the Machines and Equipements needed.

U made d right choice.
u are very lucky u got little idea about the photography & cinematography.
Digital photo lab is a very lucrative business but it required a huge capital.
Nouritsu 3301, 3200, 3500, 3501, 3301, 3700, 3701, 3800 are sold in millions.
i will advice u to step down on lab if u cant raise upto #15million so as to eradicate competition because as a new comer, u must come with equipment dat will attract photlgrapher to partronise u.
if u have upto #30_million. u can setup synthetic photobook lab.

Photo studio is also lucrative if u can play your card well.
