What do you expect.? Coming from an islamic state, violence is their benchmark, it's in their blood.

By the way the APC law makers in Ekiti state have all absconded their duty post in Ekiti government house and are all chilling out in Lagos. It's not a rumor, I heard it in the news this morning. APC is always know as a sabo party full of disloyal & corrupt entities, saboteurs and back stabbers. Next thing, they will start planting bombs and juju all over the place in Ekiti.

We are getting there!!! Those clamouring for COMPLETE free education should check this. We should not be ingnorant of the fact that school is not meant for EVERYBODY naturally. But when you make education completely free, you will have some of those unfit in the society to be in school. Do not also forget that Osun state government is giving the students free school uniforms and free meals. Check out those 'cult' guys, they should be the old among the students who have no business in school but for the free everything...

Am not averse to free education but it should not be completely free and interviews must be conducted and exams written and passed before students are given admission.

I sincerly get ur point but free education as nothing to do with this.

If u would blame the govt fr providing free education den where wud u place d part of charity begins @ home.
Its just a case of kids who has gotten it rong frm d strt of der lives, d parent sud b blamed nd not d govt playing its govmental role

It is because of you that we have nothing good coming from the East. Middle East, East Africa and the rest. Thank God for the western world and western Nigerian, people like you would have been relegated to the zoo.

That's why I don't like osun state policy on education: same uniform for all students, bringing notorious students from different schools together and instigating both parents and students against teachers with his utterances.
Exactly what we are saying
Since technical nd fakunle don fight many students from other schools were beaten to pulp by technical boys cuz of these same uniform
Meanwhile fakunle boys knew expect they want to die untimely will they face technical In an open battle dey don call police, police sef run way from stones
Na other that are ignorant of whatz happening that fell victim
The worst they did was to lock the school up

Yeah, from kwara.

I know there is cult everywhere even among young butchers, bricklayers and co, but my post was from my experience when I was in secondary school.

There was one day like that in middle 80s when technical college and my school boys met at the city center to log it out because of similar occurrence.

Biko, o 'kwa umuazi ka a na-ekwu ihe a?! Smh.

I'm thinking that there's an opportunity here that we're missing. These kids need serious physical and mental discipline. And our military strength is clearly not all it can be. Plus, our country could use more patriotism.

First, boot camps should be made a big part of our education system. And second, upon finishing high school or attainment of the age of 16 or 18, whichever comes first, there should be one year of mandatory military duty to manage this excess aggression. After all, it's usually older young men that start this whole cult nonsense that trickles down to impressionable little men to turn them into monsters.

It would work because it was already our way culturally (at least in the Southeast with the whole initiation into manhood thing).

We should have more imaginative people in the seats of power in this land.

I don't know there problem at a very young age
Technical is the head in osun
Other schools do hire there services to deal with their rival
This is doesn't start during aregbe buh his policies is some how encouraging the vices
A little spark like this na gobe, dem go buy crates of empty bottles, force the principal to release key to the store or they open the store by their way all unused knife, axe, cutlass, machetes they build will work that day
The students are collection of students with already spoilt life, some with half - spoilt and the good ones
They just go their for the sake of going to school
